Suffering is Your Problem

October 26, 2015 by

I know that might sound flippant and I don’t mean it to be so…suffering is you (and I believing) that we are separate from the Divine (and yes, it has some real tangible experiences). Suffering is a choice and what if your prayers could help you make a choice to know that you are one with the Divine?

To get you ready for your new prayer creation skills, my suggestion is to clear the decks of past experiences. I suggest you repeat the following statement:

“I am willing and able to let go of the judgement of myself and with the Divine in regards to past prayers. Today, I choose to utilize my Divine power to create my Soulful desires.”

Powerful Prayers have a structure and here are my suggestions from moving from pleading to praising in your prayers.

  • Include what you mean by the Divine and stress your connection.
  • Include a statement or two or what you want and state it as if it is already true.
  • Express and understand that there are conflicts in you about what you want and what is happening. Accept and have a willingness for those to be less powerful than the truth (which is that you are one with the Divine).
  • Express deep gratitude for yourself and the Divine.

Thank you Jennifer saying it simply. Yes, emotional suffering is a choice. If we look to the past it should be to see how far we have come, lives we have touched knowingly and unknowingly and to learn from mistakes. In the present make amends and live authentically.

I too believe in the power of prayer as a conscious intention that activates the language of our heart and spirit. A structure reminds us of how to pray when we are disconnected.

Glad I came across your site.
