What’s It All About Jennifer?

The other day during our amazing interview, Amethyst Wyldfyre asked me if I ever have fear. I burst out with laughter, which basically answered the question.

Fear is not something you master. Fear is not something that you work to “get rid of” or eradicate from your life. Fear is a part of the human experience but that doesn’t mean that you have to feed it. This conflict or war on fear, I believe, is actually creating a big disharmony in our bodies, in our personal world and in the greater world.

What would happen if you said, yes I fear that and that’s okay because I’m not going to feel that fear. Another Teacher of Integrity (Linda Hunt) gave me a beautiful visual of fear last week and that is turning your back on it. I know, I know, it is hard to turn your back on something when your heart is pounding and your mouth is dry. I started really noticing what I was fearing in my life and why. Do I want to keep fighting the fear war? No. I’m marching for peace. I’m creating a path for me to be who I am and live the way I choose to (and that’s in love, support, balance, harmony, prosperity and joy).

What will you start nurturing inside of you? What have you been nurturing and allowing to grow and lead you? The exercise below is designed to help you choose which direction you really, really, really wish to go.

If your Languages have been identified, connect with your Tone or your Soulful personality Language. Why the Tone Language? Well, Ego spends a good time expressing itself via the Tone Language. Let me give you an example. My Tone is Graceful Warrior and when I’m in fear or doubt, I move away from Grace and go right into self-defense mode.

If they haven’t been identified, yet, set the intention to connect with this part of you. Your Soul knows. It is my suggestion that you help educate your human side about your Soul Languages as well.

I suggest you might want to ask these questions and spend at least a minute journaling about them. Go ahead, try it! Trust me, it will be worth it.

  • What fear am I feeling at the moment?
  • What feeling would you like to nurture inside of you instead?
  • What actions are you committed to taking to nurture this inside of you?

The next step is up to you! At times it might seem like a uphill battle but listen to someone that has already climbed some big mountains. It will feel great when you are on the other side.

If you are interested in exploring your own Languages or offering that discovery to someone else, please secure a complimentary 15-minute private session. Also, if you are interested in connecting with the infinite and feel trust is a challenge, you might be interested in the complimentary class — Creating Tools for Trust.  Sign up here.

“yes I fear that and that’s okay because I’m not going to feel that fear.” That is a wonderful statement, Jennifer. Acceptance and nurturing so important. I’m trying very hard to do both.

At the moment I fear being alone. I have identified myself for the past 25-30 years as someone’s girlfriend, wife or mother. Never as ME. So perhaps I’m fearing myself? On the flip side, I am open to love and honor who I truly am and ask Divine Nature to help co-create ways for me to recognize all the wonderful gifts I possess and learn how to accept them and love myself as a result. To nurture this I am eliminating relationships that no longer serve me, turning off the noise (like Twitter), and focusing on what’s going on inside right now through writing. It feels like grief right now, but I know I’ll come out of this so much stronger.
