Sometimes our Souls have a certain desire or inspiration and our human 
beliefs can misinterpret those desires. This often shows up in a person’s life as feelings of “suppose to’s.”
We are not on the path. We are our path. This pattern of “suppose to’s” can disrupt you feeling and acting as if you are your path. This feeling can cause confusion, distrust in yourself and actions that do not show yourself love!
So what can you do if you are in the “suppose to’s?” The first step is understanding your big “why!” Your big “why” is what propels you every minute of every day. It is what you feel most passionate about.
Focus on your tailbone and take a deep breath. Set the intention to connect with your higher-self and answer the following questions (without thinking about them, just write).
1. Why are you here?
2. What is your greatest desire?
3. What do you secretly dream about?
Often we set up patterns as an illusion for keeping us safe. If you are focusing your time on “what you are supposed to be in doing,” it is a way of keeping you safe (an illusion) from what you could be doing.
Let’s say that you have a desire inside of you to be on stage but growing up it was safer to go unnoticed. This pattern is now competing with your Soul’s desire to be out in front and on the stage.
After you are done journaling, you get to answer one additional question:
How are you using “suppose to’s” to keep you safe?
