Why are we so afraid to be in the stillness? Why are we so afraid just to pause and stop doing? What lies are we believing about the stillness? What are we afraid to hear? Part of it, I believe, is we are afraid to allow the Divine more into our hearts. Our minds are afraid of what that means. Another part, I believe, is we are afraid to listen to what we truly want and desire for fear that it won’t come true.
Of course, these are all lies we tell ourselves. Divine force, which flows within us, is capable of anything and everything. I bet you can give me at least one example of when something amazing and magical happened in your life – some people call that a miracle (I call that the Divine).
Today we are going to practice being in the stillness, feeling that miracle inside of us, and then extending that out into every aspect of our world.
Focus on your tailbone and a conscious connection with your Soul via your Soul Language Team.
Ask your Soul to place you in the consciousness of being one with the Divine. Ask your Soul to place you in the consciousness of miracles. Now, see that energy as a ball of light within you and around you. When you are ready, imagine that ball of miracle being sent out into the world and every aspect of your life. Then imagine and feel that ball of love coming back to you bigger!
I suggest you do this exercise for a week and see what happens in your life.
Please feel free to share in the community your experience of this exercise or on the Facebook page.
If you are interested in exploring your own Languages or offering that discovery to someone else, please secure a complimentary 15-minute private session.
