As a singer she’s had many teachers, some classical and some pop and rock vocal coaches, and has been on tour throughout the world with famous artists. She’s sung on national jingles, she’s had her own bands, from inspirational to heavy rock, and quite a bit in between; she’s sung on stages as intimate as some famous NYC rock clubs and theaters, and as vast as arenas like Shea Stadium, The Lushniki Sports Palace in Moscow, RU, and the Jimmy Kimmel Stage in Hollywood. This past fall, Lorraine was featured on NBC-TV’s Season 3 of “The Voice”! Lorraine has been a private vocal coach for many years, and is devoted to her students!

Lorraine Ferro has had an extensive acting, singing, songwriting, performing, as well as visual artist background. She studied at NYU’s Circle-in-the-Square theater program, and has acted in many regional plays, as well as off-broadway and broadway productions. She’s taught emerging actors performance and interpretation as well as the subtle differences between pop and musical theater singing. She’s taken ballet and modern dance since she was a small child, and taught modern and ballroom dance. She studied commercial art at Parsons, and has been the calligrapher of invitations for fortune 500 companies, as well as the Lifetime Achievement Award for Howard Schultz, CEO of Starbucks, from the NCA; and she does photo retouching for actors and artists.
