Expeditions in Faith – Practice Doesn’t Make Perfect

What do you really want out of your life? List out all of those things that you want to be different. What do those things all have in common? Here are a couple of common themes: not enough, trust issues, fear of failure, and judgment.

Instead of focusing all your time on getting new clients, worrying about money, trying to fix your relationship, I suggest you focus on feeling: enough, successful, full of trust and without judgment.

Often, we feel if we can just get that thing right everything will be perfect, we will be safe, everything will be all right. So we practice on being perfect and nothing changes in our lives. Here’s the thing, you are already perfect. You don’t have to practice being you. You do get to practice feeling the truth of you, being connected to the Divine and acting from that consciousness.

And, we all need help and support on that journey. If you have any questions, please feel free to sign up for a complimentary session by clicking here.
