I haven’t written a blog in a couple of weeks. As an action oriented person this quite frankly, annoys me.
When I move into compassion for myself, I totally understand. I have been creating huge transformation in my life and supporting the space for others to do that as well…so at the end of the day…writing can take a back seat to things.
I’m moving. In the past 21 years I have moved four times. It seems when I create a safe, sacred space, I stay put. What I’m understanding and feeling more in my body every day is that sacred space is inside of me. It isn’t in my favorite boots (which I bought in Paris and just gave away because they don’t fit anymore), it isn’t in the antique dresser (does anyone want an antique dresser?) or in the massage table (already taken). I’m more than my stuff!
I haven’t just been clearing out closets. I have been releasing old hurts, emotions, old beliefs that were no longer servicing me and old ways of doing things.
Do I feel lighter? No, I feel more solid, more grounded, more of who I know I AM.
So this question is for my community. What do you wish to let go of today that may be holding you back, that may be impeding your progress in achieving your heart’s desire? The way to find out is to settle in and ask your Soul!
