3 Ways To Be A Leader

I recently had a wonderful connection with the new president of the NJPCA, Brooke Manino. She offers a Leadership Message on her site each month (you can get it here). There was one on courage, which is one of my favorite topics, and that inspired this Soul Language tip.

1.  Find Your Own Style
ChangeWithin all of us is the power to lead. You just get to find out your own style. The first step is stop trying to lead like someone else. Today, just be aware of the types of leaders you respond to and why?

2. Be The Lead Car
If your Soul is expressing a desire to be out in front, here’s your chance to own it. Often we try to be the passive leader. We try to lead and not seem like we are leading. Today, trust yourself to be the lead car. Take a turn at expressing your love and light for yourself and the world.

3. Be Comfortable With Mistakes
How do you act when you have a misstep?  Do you berate others, do you berate yourself and/or do you run?  Mistakes are an opportunity for you to love yourself more deeply, expand your skill set and go deeper in the knowing of who you are and what your Soul is presenting.  Make today’s journal entry about a mistake that turned out to be a valuable gift.
