3 Ways to Stop Reliving the Trauma

Happy New Year!  Like most of you, I have been determining what I would like to receive in this new year.  To me, that means creating new patterns for myself and providing tools to help others do the same.

On January 7th, Moira Shepard, the Abundance Expert will be a special guest speaker for the Success Support Program.

In all of her classes, she gives individuals opportunities to feel powerful shifts.  I’m excited and honored that she is going to be a guest speaker for the Success Support Program.  You can find out more about how to participate in this special class below the the tip.  This mighty Peacemaker (Axiom of Quest) is the inspiration for this blog.

3 Ways to Stop Reliving the Trauma

CellHumans learn from experience and I believe humans love drama.  You can witness this by how many reality TV shows flood our airwaves.  What would happen if you stopped reliving trauma?  What would happen if you stop going over and over in your head an old pain.  A pain that is so deep it goes right down to your Soul?  When I stop reliving the trauma, I soar like an eagle.  This tip is to help you soar or to experience your life without reliving trauma.

1.  Be in control— You are going to hear a lot over the next several weeks and months about control.  Recently, I wrote out all of my intentions for 2010 and had to rewrite them because most of them were out of my control.  I can’t control how many people sign up for my programs.  I can control the types of programs I create and why.  Take a moment to consciously connect with your Axiom of Quest (your mission Language) for some Soulful guidance.  If you don’t know your Axiom of Quest, just set the intention to connect with that part of yourself that is your Axiom of Quest.   Ask your Soul to show you clearly what is one situation that you are working hard to control that is not in your control.  Now, ask your Soul how you can create a controllable intention to create a more abundant and satisfying life for yourself.
Egle2.  Change Your Perception— I was speaking with a friend of mine about abundance.  She was expressing that she didn’t feel abundant.  I offered her my perception of her abundance by explaining what I’ve perceived of her abundance.  Then, I asked to see her calendar.  A typical week of hers was filled with clients, activities and events.  To me, that look abundant.  She thanked me for another perception of her reality and we both talked about how we both could expand on our abundant lives.   Take a moment to connect with your Tone (personality Language) for some Soulful guidance.  If you don’t know your Tone, just set the intention to connect with that part of yourself that is your Tone. Ask your Soul, how to change your perception that will help you create a more abundant and satisfying life for yourself.
3.  You ARE — It is important that you know the truth of YOU!  Take a deep breathe, and set the intention to connect with your higher-self and Divine Intelligence.  Ask your higher-self and Divine Intelligence to show you clearly who you are.  Allow yourself to fully feel how beautiful, powerful and unique you are.  Anytime you feel as if you are starting to relive trauma, settle in and ask to feel who you truly ARE again.
