Our subconscious minds are running so much of the show when it comes to our behaviors, habits, and core beliefs. All those memories, emotions, and past experiences are stored away, influencing us in sneaky ways. Yes, yes, it is so we don’t have to use energy actively recalling memories and beliefs, but dayumn, it means we don’t get to discern whether we’re working with a trash blueprint!

If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably realized some of that subconscious programming is straight-up garbage. Limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, self-sabotage – no wonder we struggle with anxiety and overwhelm!

But there’s good news: we can reprogram our subconscious!

But here’s the good news: we can reprogram our subconscious to kick those limiting beliefs to the curb. With consistent effort and the right techniques, we can replace whatever junk is lodged in there with empowering new beliefs. And let me tell you, it feels really good finally getting your subconscious mind working for you, not against you!

Reprogramming doesn’t have to be difficult

Now reprogramming doesn’t have to be oh-so-fricking-difficult. If you call all the BS, pause a petite second and think, what if? What if you could gently reprogram your subconscious? If Mel did it, what if you could do it? Cuz nobody craves living in anxiety, triggered by the very molecules around us, unable to respond to life cuz the reactions are running the show.

Effective tools to transform your subconscious gradually

How about letting the rampaging ID step aside while we clear away the detritus of ye olde traumas past. There are so many effective tools like affirmations, visualization, meditation, and hypnosis to help transform our subconscious gradually. The key is consistency and connecting emotionally. We gotta put in the time daily, but even 5-10 minutes can create powerful shifts over 30+ days.

Start small and commit to the process

Start small, lovey. Pick one specific limiting belief or pattern and create an affirmation to replace it. Write that mofo down and repeat it all the moments. Visualize yourself already rocking your new empowering mindset. Over time, you’ll cement those neural pathways. Create your reality, anyone? Yes, thanks! Then move on to the next sucktastic ‘tude or belief!

It takes commitment and persistence to pull off a subconscious makeover. But if this former anxiety-ridden, depressive, rage monkey could do it, I know you can too!
