1. What’s The Frequency Kennith*?

Take a deep breath and ask Divine Intelligence to place in your body the feeling of the frequency of unlimited possibilities. How does that feel? What does that feel like? What would happen if you started each day from this Soul and body connection?
2. Listen To Your Life
Your life has a lot to say to you. Coming from a place of non-judgment, what has your life been telling you? Do you have a longing for more intimate relationships? Do you have a desire for a more stable financial situation? Just listen to what your life is telling you and from there you can start the conversation of change.
3. Sing A Different Tune
You have felt in your body what unlimited possibilities feels like and you have listened to what your life has been telling you. Now you can start singing a different tune! What does this new song sound like? Have you been singing a country and western tune of heartbreak? NOW you get to sing a song of happiness and pleasure! Go through your favorite songs and pick the song that makes you smile and allow this tune to be your theme song for your life.
