You are doing great things. You are shifting and changing. How do I know that? Well, if you are reading this newsletter than at least some part of you is ready to listen to your Soul. Often we get to our “goals” and race through them to reach the next benchmark. This tip is to inspire you to slow down and congratulate you for being YOU!
1. Slow Down and Tune In
Stop running. Stop racing. Stop moving onto the next action. Pause and tune in and just congratulate yourself for being you and being HERE!
2. Looks Good On Paper
Often we don’t truly realize all that we are and all that we have accomplished because it isn’t in one location to review. It is my suggestion that you set aside some time to sit and reflect and write down all your talents and all that you have accomplished up to this date. This is a chance for you to truly understand that you are a powerful person and to see it written out before you.
3. Stop Thinking and Start Feeling
Sometimes we don’t stop because we are afraid to really hear how important we are to the Universe. We can get overwhelmed by the “responsibility” of being our powerful selves. I suggest you stop for a minute and pause the thinking and feel from how the excited the Universe is that you choose to be here, now!
